About thoughts, emotions, curiosity and the quiet obstacles that exist in our own minds. I wanted the painting to hold that feeling of inner movement, when you are trying to understand yourself, but everything is still layered, unclear and constantly changing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"1017\"\u003eI created the work using layers of acrylic paint. While building these layers, I also made lines and textures in the surface. Later, when I painted over them, some of those marks started to appear again in a very subtle way. They are not all visible from a distance, but when you come closer to the work, you can notice small lines, traces and natural motifs underneath the surface. For me, these nature-like elements are important, because nature has a way of calming us. It becomes almost like a background to the search happening inside the painting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1351\"\u003eAfter that, I used charcoal pencil and dry pastel, adding colour and softer emotional details. I blended some of these materials with my hands, because that direct touch gives the work more closeness and sensitivity. It makes the painting feel more personal, as if the emotion is not only placed on the surface, but felt through it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1581\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"\u003eFor me, the most important question is what feeling this work creates.
