REFUND POLICY

If you would like to request a return or report a problem with your order, please contact hello@bernotaite.com and include your order number.

RETURNS
Where applicable under consumer protection laws, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom commissions and made-to-order works are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact hello@bernotaite.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- the outer packaging,
- internal packaging,
- the artwork and the issue.

We will assess the claim and work with you to resolve it.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Customs duties, import taxes, and similar fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are generally non-refundable.
