These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through bernotaite.com (the “Site”). By visiting the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe artworks as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitors, lighting, and photography, colors and details may appear slightly different in person. Minor variations are not considered defects.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or availability issues. If an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, all copyrights and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the artwork.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovilė Bernotaitė is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.
